Optima Health Aloe Vera Complex, formerly Aloe Vera Gentle Action Colax, is a gentle gut cleanser with organic Aloe Vera.

It does this by helping to keep your bowel moving regularly and improves your gut environment; no harsh chemicals used.

DIRECTIONS
Take 2 tablets before bedtime, upto a maximum of 4 tablets daily.
Bulking agent (Sorbitol), Magnesium Oxide, Prunus Domestica (prune extract), Bulking agent (Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) powder, Aloe Vera powder, Anti caking agents (Magnesium Stearate from vegetable source, Silicon Dioxide), Aniseed Powder, Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Glycerin), Lactobacillus Acidophilus.
Take two tablets before bed.
