HOW WE DELIVER

We offer the following delivery options:

• Pick up at any of our Pick up points in Nairobi CBD, currently We do have two pickup points, one is at 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝/𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦, 𝐍𝐲𝐨𝐭𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 201, and another one at at star Mall, Ground floor, along Tom Mboya street, - FREE
• Pick-up ANYWHERE convenient for you within Nairobi CBD – Same day –Mpesa/Cash on Delivery– FREE
• Delivery within Nairobi and its environs – Same day delivery – M-PESA/Cash on delivery –FREE within CBD, Sh.200/Sh.100 depending on distance away from CBD, FREE for orders worth Sh.3000 & Above.
• Delivery outside Nairobi – Within 24h – Pre-paid orders – Charges between Sh.(200-300) depending on the courier company. FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE for orders worth Sh.3000 and above via the Buses. 
• G4S or Fargo Courier, or Speedaf can also deliver Door/Home Delivery countrywide. If you decide for any of these three instead of the usual buses, you will cater for the courier charges even for orders over 3k. 
• For Speedaf or G4S you can pay on delivery, but first pay for their Courier charges to your place, and ours on delivery.

• G4S Hilton Till number is 206555, and pay ours via till number 945577 the following day after they have delivered. Kindly forward the G4s/ Speedaf Mpesa Message to us after payments. NB: G4s / Speedaf are not accepting them to be paid on delivery, but ours you can pay on delivery after the G4s/Speedaf personnel delivers your order the following day.

• We have also partnered with PICKUP-MTAANI company. They are a courier company with pickup agents in almost all shopping centers in Nairobi. And they also do home delivery.

• Picking in any of their pickup agents is sh.140 and the 140/- for the agent is paid in advance, but for the amount for your order, you can either pay at pickup at the agent or before.

• They also do home delivery, and their charges are between sh.200 to a maximum of sh.400 anywhere within Nairobi Metropolitan. And for Home Delivery, you can pay on delivery. Click HERE  to see how much they charge for your location
• Pickup Mtaani has changed its way of operations, and the new policies are as follows: 
  For orders going to Nairobi Metropolitan ie far places like Kitengela, Syokimau, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Ngong, Rongai, Gachie, Utawala, Juja, Mlolongo, Ruai, etc., we use a courier company called Pickup mtaani.
  
  
  And policy is as follows:
  
  
  Client to pay for the rider( Pickup mtaani ) first, then pay ours on delivery.
  When the order is over 3k, we can deliver at our own cost, but either pay the rider his charge first ( which you can subtract from your total), or at least commit Sh. 120, which the pickup mtaani chargers when we use their system for delivery.
  Or when your order is over 3k, just Pay everything, and we will pay the pickup mtaani riders from our end, and theirs (pickup mtaani) will just to deliver, and you won't pay anything on delivery.
  When the order is less than 3k, either pay everything before or pay rider first (pm), then pay for package after delivery.
