New Zealand Manuka Honey
Pure Gold Manuka Honey can be taken as part of a balanced diet by taking one tablespoon per day, ideally one hour before meals. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. Do not use if seal is broken. This honey may naturally crystallise.
