What is Nails & Hair formula?

Hydrolysed collagen has been broken down for better absorption and provides amino acids needed for building keratin the protein needed for healthy nails, skin and hair.

100mg Vitamin C, 10mg Vitamin B6, 80µg Biotin, 100mg Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), 6mg Zinc, 1200mg Collagen, 40mg GLA, 100mg MSM, 139mg Silicon.

Hydrolysed collagen (from fish), capsule shell: gelatine (bovine/porcine), silicon dioxide, borage oil powder, calcium l-ascorbate (vitamin C), calcium d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), methyl sulphonyl methane, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, zinc citrate, pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), d-biotin. Allergy advice: see ingredients in bold No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. No yeast, added sugar or salt. Our borage oil is free from pyrrolizidine alkaloids.
