Ingredients
Leucine: 5.1 g is a powerful anabolic trigger. It activates mTOR pathway for muscle growth and prevents catabolism, increasing insulin sensitivity, speeding up fat metabolism and recovery.
Isoleucine: significantly increases glucose uptake and use during exercise, which increases energy and endurance.
Valine: promotes muscle growth and tissue repair and may reduce stiffness.
Glutamine: protects muscle mass, immunity & intestinal health.
Chromium: controls blood sugar.
Recommended usage:
- Mix ±2 scoops (10.5 g) with 400–450 ml water in a handheld shaker and leave to stand for 30 seconds before drinking.
- Sip before and during a training session.
