Ingredients

Garcinia cambogia (60% extract): promotes inhibition of fat synthesis, promotes fat oxidation and suppression of appetite.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) extract (45% EGCG): an antioxidant that protects cells against oxidative damage.

Recommended Usage

• Mix 1 sachet into a 500 ml bottle of mineral water and shake well.
• Take 2–3 per day, preferably 30 minutes prior to a morning workout or breakfast.
