The 4-stage glycomatrix carbohydrates release energy at varying times during the day, ensuring long-, medium- and short-term energy for enhanced endurance. It is suitable for endurance and intermediate team sports and any other energy-consuming sports.
Ingredients
Carb10®: a clean carb alternative that has very little influence on blood sugar or insulin. This enables the product to deliver both short-term and long-term energy. This also improves exercise tolerance and muscle recovery. Assists with continuous and sustained energy keeping blood glucose stable.
L-glutamine: prevents soreness in muscles and aids with recovery.
Vitamin C: helps repair some of the oxidative damage caused by training and can prevent the dip in the immune system that occurs right after training.
Taurine: promotes cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, electrolyte balance and immune modulation.
Max-NR-Gex™: acts as a caffeine enhancer and has been proven to enhance alertness and focus.
Acetyl-L-tyrosine: an acetylated form of the amino acid L-tyrosine with nootropic (Cognitive enhancing) effects. It increases alertness, mood, motivation and concentration.
Caffeine anhydrous: increases energy and alertness and can improve athletic performance.
Acetyl-L-carnitine: assists the mitochondria of cells to produce energy by metabolising fat cells.
Recommended Use
- Mix 2 heaped scoops (50 g) with 500–750 ml cold water.
- Drink 150–200 ml every 15–20 minutes during training and events longer than 60 minutes.
- Start drinking 30–60 minutes before events, taking 2–3 sips every 10–15 minutes.
- Other sport: drink 200 ml every 30 minutes during sessions lasting 90 minutes or longer.
- Also suitable for carbo-loading. Take 3 servings daily in-between meals for the 3 days before an endurance event.
